Pectinases

  • Pectinase enzyme breaks down pectin present in fruit’s cell wall and releases galactose units
  • It is used in Fruit juice Extraction and Clarification
  • Used in tomato Seed processing

Xylanases

  • Xylanase enzyme breaks down Oligosaccharides.
  • It improves the digestion of Antinutritional Factors in poultry feed
  • Prevents wet dropping & sticky eggs in birds
  • Xylanases are also used in Baking industry

Cellulases

Lipases

Mannanase
